Who this is for
Small and mid-sized agencies that run demand generation for several B2B clients: paid media, outbound, content or all three. Typically five to thirty clients, each with its own brand, ad accounts and approval habits.
What usually goes wrong
Every client needs its own logins in every tool, and per-seat pricing turns each new account manager into a cost line. Reporting is stitched together per client from ad platforms and the client’s CRM.
The other risk is mixing clients up: a creative in the wrong brand, an audience uploaded to the wrong ad account, a contact list shared across clients. One shared tool account makes that easy to do by accident.
How Demander handles it
-
A workspace per client
Each workspace has its own brand design (fonts, colours, logo, references), integrations, tracker site, guardrails, autonomy level, currency and home country. Every record in the database carries the workspace it belongs to, and requests for another workspace’s records are refused.
-
The client’s ad accounts stay the client’s
Ad accounts, the CRM and mailboxes are connected per workspace with each platform’s own sign-in. Ad spend is paid by the client to the platforms; Demander never handles media money.
-
A plan per client from their URL
Paste the client’s product URL and Demander builds the profile, personas, message map and creatives for that workspace only, in that client’s brand. See brand design.
-
Limits per client
Daily and monthly caps, the country allow-list and the kill switch are set per workspace, so a mistake in one account cannot spend another client’s budget. See guardrails.
-
One team, unlimited seats
Invite account managers, analysts and specialists with roles: owner, admin, marketer, sales or viewer. Viewers can read but not change anything. API tokens and the MCP server are scoped to one user and one workspace. See API and MCP.
-
Reporting from the client’s own data
Attribution, the path explorer and account timelines in each workspace read that client’s tracker, campaigns and CRM. See attribution.
What each client workspace gets on the Agency plan
Limits apply per workspace; they are not pooled across clients.
| Limit | Per client workspace |
|---|---|
| Ad platforms | 3 |
| Organic social channels | 3 |
| Sending mailboxes | 3 |
| Managed ad spend included | €5,000 a month, then 1.5 percent of the spend above it |
| Prospecting credits | 250 a month |
| Highest autonomy level | L1: changes prepared, applied after approval |
| AI budget | $25 a month, deterministic engines above it |
| X API usage included | $5 a month |
Five client workspaces for €1,290 a month billed annually (€1,548 billed monthly), and €129 a month for each extra workspace. See pricing.
What to expect in the first weeks
An owner or admin creates the client workspaces, up to the plan’s limit. For each client, run the plan from their URL in sandbox, review it with them and set their caps. Then connect the client’s ad accounts, CRM and mailboxes, signing in with a platform login that has access to the client’s accounts.
Each workspace switches to live on its own, so you can onboard clients one at a time. At autonomy level 1 every change arrives as a proposal with its reason and evidence, which doubles as the record of what you did for the client and why.
Questions people ask
Can a client log in and see only their own workspace?
Not yet. Membership is per organisation, so anyone invited sees every workspace in it. Share results with clients outside Demander, or let a client that wants its own login run its own subscription.
Who pays for the ad spend?
The client, directly to the platforms, in its own ad accounts. Demander charges the plan fee and, per workspace, 1.5 percent of managed spend above €5,000 a month.
What happens to a client’s campaigns if we stop working together?
Delete the workspace and its data goes with it. Campaigns keep running in the client’s ad accounts; Demander only stops changing them. The deletion e-mail lists the running campaigns and a tidy-up checklist, and OAuth grants are revoked where the platform allows it.
Can different clients use different currencies?
Yes. Each workspace has its own currency, chosen from eleven including EUR, CZK, PLN, GBP and USD, with daily ECB rates for ad accounts billed in another currency.
