What the platforms automate
Google: Performance Max generates headlines, descriptions and images, and is built from asset groups without ad groups or keywords. AI Max for Search is generally available, and Dynamic Search Ads upgrade to it automatically from September 2026. Veo in Asset Studio makes five 10-second videos from three images, and Google has rolled out Ads Advisor agents. Google’s official Ads MCP server, released on 28 April 2026, is read-only.
Meta: a campaign becomes Advantage+ when its budget, audience and placements are all automated. AI agents in Ads Manager (March 2026) can apply approved optimisations, image-to-video turns up to 20 images into a video, and Advantage+ Leads exists for lead generation. Meta’s official Ads MCP server reads and writes, and everything it creates starts paused.
LinkedIn: Accelerate builds a campaign (audience, creative variants and copy) from a URL, a budget and an audience description in 5 to 10 minutes. LinkedIn cites up to 42 percent lower cost per acquisition.

The B2B lead quality question
Platform automation optimises toward what the platform can measure, which for B2B is usually a click or a form fill. Advantage+ Leads is reported to need about 50 qualified leads a week to work for B2B. On LinkedIn, one practitioner review measured a cost per SQL of $1,400 to $2,200 with Accelerate against $700 to $1,400 on Classic campaigns, and lead-to-SQL rates of 6 to 10 percent against 12 to 22 percent. Treat that as one source next to LinkedIn’s own figure above.
Demander’s answer is to change what the platforms learn from. SQLs, new opportunities and closed-won deals from your CRM are uploaded hourly to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, TikTok and Reddit as offline conversions, with consented click ids and hashed e-mails. The platforms’ own bidding then optimises toward pipeline, and Demander’s allocator moves budget between them on the same numbers. See offline conversions.
Where platform automation is the better choice
-
01
One platform, and its conversions are the value
If you advertise on one platform and a platform-tracked conversion is what you sell, such as a purchase, its automation does the job without a fee.
-
02
No CRM data yet
Demander’s pipeline weighting needs opportunities in a CRM. Without them, its allocation runs on conversions too, and the platform tools cost nothing extra.
-
03
Fast single-platform tests
Accelerate builds a LinkedIn campaign in minutes, and Veo makes video variants inside Google Ads. For a quick test on one platform, that is the shortest path.
-
04
The platform sees signals nobody else gets
Each platform keeps its own conversion and audience data inside its walls, and its bidding uses it. Demander sends data in; it cannot take that data out.
Using both
Demander is built to sit on top of platform automation, campaign by campaign.
-
Choose the bidding per campaign
A campaign runs on the platform’s own bidding or on Demander bids (CPC, CPM or cost caps set from pipeline value). The allocator compares the two and every bid change is gated and reversible. See budget and bidding.
-
Feed pipeline to the platform AI
Offline conversions give each platform’s bidding the CRM stages it cannot see on its own.
-
Decide the split between platforms
Budget moves between Google, Meta, LinkedIn and the other platforms by Thompson sampling on pipeline value, inside your caps and the daily change limit. See guardrails.
-
Keep non-ad channels in the same plan
E-mail sequences, organic posts and retargeting by stage use the same personas and messages as the ads. See paid campaigns.
Questions people ask
Does Demander replace Performance Max or Advantage+?
It can run alongside them. A campaign can stay on the platform’s own bidding while Demander supplies pipeline as offline conversions and decides its budget against the other platforms.
Platform AI is free. What does Demander add?
Allocation between platforms, optimisation toward CRM pipeline, e-mail, organic and messaging in the same plan, one message map across all of it, and limits with an undo on every change.
Which platforms receive offline conversions?
Google (through Data Manager), Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, TikTok and Reddit. Uploads run hourly in live mode only, with click ids from consented visits and hashed e-mails only with consent.
Does Demander work with Google’s or Meta’s MCP servers?
No. It uses each platform’s ads API directly: Google Ads v25, Meta Graph v26.0, LinkedIn 202609, Microsoft Advertising REST v13 and the others. Its own MCP server lets your AI agents work with Demander under the same gate as the dashboard.
