Use case

Run every channel with a marketing team of one to three

A small team cannot write, design, post, bid and report on eight platforms by hand. Demander produces the work from one message map, runs the low-risk optimisation on its own and puts everything else in one inbox for a person to approve.

Who this is for

B2B companies where marketing is one to three people and nobody owns RevOps. The same people write the ads, schedule the posts, send the newsletter, watch the budgets and build the monthly report, usually in separate tools.

What usually goes wrong

Production eats the week. Each channel needs its own sizes and lengths, so a campaign idea turns into dozens of variants and the team ships fewer tests than it planned. Messages drift because each channel was written at a different time.

Budgets get checked when someone has time. A campaign that stopped delivering or a tracking tag that broke can run for days before anyone notices, and the report that would show it is assembled by hand.

How Demander handles it

  1. One message map for every channel

Personas, positioning, pillars, angles and an offer for each funnel stage. Ads, posts, e-mails and landing pages are all written from it, so the same buyer meets the same argument everywhere. See messaging and funnel.

  2. Creatives in every format, in your brand

Demander takes fonts, colours, logo and layout traits from your website, a design-token file, Figma or reference images, and renders 25+ channel formats from each message. See brand design.

  3. Edit anything, see it live

Every field of every creative is editable with the channel’s limits counted as you type and a live preview in every platform size. Earlier versions can be restored and variants keep their lineage. See creative studio.

  4. Posts and articles on a calendar

Organic posts rotate through the formats each network rewards, including Facebook and Instagram Reels and Stories. Blog topics are planned per persona and stage, drafted, and published to the hosted blog or your CMS, with promotion posts and a nurture e-mail when they go live. See organic social and blog and landing pages.

  5. Copy checked before anyone sees it

Every piece of copy is checked against writing rules when it is generated, edited and sent: dashes, stock phrases and machine-sounding constructions are fixed or flagged for a rewrite. See human-sounding copy.

  6. One inbox, with limits

On Growth, low-risk reversible changes run on their own: pausing a losing ad, shifting budget inside the total, bids, persona weights. Launches, enrolments and social publishing wait for approval by default. Caps, the kill switch and a stop on spend increases while tracking is broken apply to everything. See guardrails.

What to expect in the first weeks

Start with the free snapshot or the trial: the plan is imported into a sandbox workspace where nothing reaches a platform. Check the Brand page, which shows where each colour and font came from, and correct what is off. Approve the proof claims that may appear in copy and set the daily and monthly caps to your real budget.

Then connect the ad accounts, social profiles, CRM and mailboxes, review the creatives in the editor and approve the first launches. From there the weekly rhythm is the inbox: approve or reject proposals, each with its reason and evidence, and look at attribution and the path explorer to see which sequences of touches produce opportunities. Proposals expire after 72 hours if nobody acts.

Which plan fits

Growth fits most lean teams: every ad platform, ten social channels, fifteen mailboxes, low-risk changes applied on their own and multi-touch attribution. Seats are unlimited on every plan, so sales and the founder can approve without sharing a login. Starter works if you run three ad platforms or fewer. See pricing.

Questions people ask

Does Demander replace our scheduling and design tools?

For campaign work, mostly. It renders ads, posts, documents, videos, e-mails and landing pages in your brand and schedules posts on eight networks. Keep a design tool for brand work outside campaigns, such as decks or print.

What runs without us approving it?

On Growth (autonomy level 2), low-risk reversible optimisation: pausing an ad, moving budget inside the total, bid changes, persona weights and account-list updates. Everything else, including launches and new budgets, waits in the inbox.

Can we keep writing some copy ourselves?

Yes. Every field is editable, edits go back to review, and the editor flags machine-sounding phrasing and policy issues as you type. Your edits are cleaned of dashes and inflated words automatically and the response lists what was fixed.

How do we see what is working?

Attribution reports pipeline by channel, campaign, persona, message and creative under six rule-based models plus a Markov model. The path explorer compares the touch sequences of accounts that converted with those that did not.
