The survey behind the numbers
In October 2026 we priced two stacks that together cover what Demander does, from creative and paid optimisation to identification, outbound, organic and attribution. Prices are monthly at annual billing where offered, one-time fees are spread over 12 months, and ad spend is left out.
The lean stack is for a founder-led team with €3,000 to €5,000 a month of ad spend and two or three users: 15 line items, about $0.8K a month (about $10K a year). The typical SMB stack is for a scaling company with €10,000 to €30,000 of ad spend and five to ten users: 16 line items, about $4.8K a month (about $58K a year).
Neither total includes the people who connect and run the tools: about half to one full-time person for the lean stack, and one and a half to two (a paid-media specialist plus a RevOps or GTM engineer) for the typical one.

What changes when the work runs in one system
The tools in both stacks each hold their own copy of the account. A company flagged by the identification tool does not join a LinkedIn company list, get a consent-checked e-mail sequence and see a retargeting ad for its stage unless someone builds those connections. In Demander one account record drives all of it, and every ad, post and e-mail traces back to the persona and message behind it.
Budget is the other difference. Separate optimisers work per platform; Demander compares platforms against each other on pipeline from your CRM and moves money between them, inside caps you set. Every change lands in one inbox and one audit log with a reason and an undo.
Where separate tools are the better choice
-
01
You need one job done at depth
A dedicated sending platform is built for much higher e-mail volumes (Instantly’s Lightspeed plan lists 500,000 e-mails a month), and Clay’s data waterfalls go further than Demander’s prospecting. Demander sends through your own mailboxes with warm-up and daily caps per mailbox.
-
02
You want a contact database
Apollo includes contact data with its seats. Demander finds people only through your own Hunter or People Data Labs account, within your plan’s monthly credits.
-
03
You want automated LinkedIn messaging
HeyReach runs LinkedIn messages from several senders, and Waalaxy automates LinkedIn and e-mail outreach. Demander only prepares LinkedIn first messages for a person to send.
-
04
You want AI actors or a page builder
Arcads and Creatify make videos with AI actors and avatars; Unbounce is a landing page builder with testing plans. Demander renders storyboard videos and brand-styled landing pages without either.
-
05
You only need one or two of the jobs
If you just schedule posts, Buffer at $5 a channel costs less than any Demander plan. A stack that already works, is wired together and has an owner is worth keeping too.
When to use both
Several tools in these stacks connect to Demander rather than compete with it.
-
Your CRM stays
Demander reads deals, stage moves and meetings from HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce, and can forward captured leads into it as contacts with a note. See CRM integrations.
-
Your identification provider can stay
Leadfeeder (Dealfront), IPinfo and Snitcher connect with your own key. Without one, Demander identifies companies from IP registry holders and from address ranges learned when people identify themselves.
-
Your booking, form and payment tools feed conversions
Calendly, Cal.com, Stripe, Typeform, Tally and Jotform send signed webhooks that count as conversions, with the campaign that brought the visitor. See conversion tracking.
-
Your CMS publishes the articles
Blog posts publish to WordPress, Webflow, Ghost, HubSpot CMS or GitHub, or to the blog Demander hosts. See CMS publishing.
Questions people ask
Where do the $0.8K and $4.8K figures come from?
From our survey of published prices on 1 October 2026. Each stack lists one tool per job, priced monthly at annual billing where offered, with one-time fees spread over a year and ad spend excluded. Figures from third-party sources are estimates; treat them as accurate to about 25 percent.
Do I still need a CRM?
Yes. Demander has no CRM of its own. Deals stay in HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce, and Demander reads them to attribute pipeline and to send offline conversions back to the ad platforms.
Can I keep my visitor identification tool?
Yes, if it is Leadfeeder (Dealfront), IPinfo or Snitcher: connect it with your own key. Identification stays company-level and runs only under a documented legitimate-interest assessment or consent.
Does Demander include contact data?
It includes company data from national registries, GLEIF, Wikidata and the open web. People are found through your own Hunter or People Data Labs account, within your plan’s monthly prospecting credits.
