Demander and HubSpot Marketing Hub

HubSpot puts the CRM at the centre and builds marketing, sales and service tools around it. Demander puts the account journey at the centre and runs campaigns across eight ad platforms, organic social and e-mail, reading pipeline from your CRM. They overlap less than the category names suggest, and many teams will run both.

Two different centres

HubSpot Marketing Hub covers the CRM, marketing e-mail, social, landing pages, an ads tool and attribution reports on Pro and above, with more than 20 Breeze AI agents. In June 2026 HubSpot bought Warmly, which adds person-level visitor identification and inbound agents.

Demander has no CRM. The CRM stays the system of record for deals, and Demander works around it: it plans personas and messages from your product URL, produces the creatives, runs paid campaigns on eight platforms, organic posts and outbound e-mail, and moves budget toward what creates opportunities in the CRM.

Where HubSpot is the better choice

  1. 01

You need a CRM and one vendor for it

Contacts, deals, marketing e-mail, forms, landing pages and reports in one product. Demander does not try to be that.

  2. 02

Your marketing is mostly inbound and e-mail

If most pipeline comes from content and e-mail to your own database, HubSpot’s marketing e-mail and contact tools are the centre of that work.

  3. 03

You want person-level visitor identification in the US

Warmly, now part of HubSpot, identifies people as well as companies. Demander identifies companies only. Person-level identification has no comparable legal basis in the EU without consent, so this matters mainly for US audiences.

  4. 04

You want AI agents inside the CRM

Breeze agents for customer service, prospecting, data and nurture work on HubSpot records directly, and your team already knows the interface.

Where Demander does more

  1. 01

    Paid media across platforms

Native campaigns on Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, X and Sklik, with budget allocated between platforms by pipeline value and CRM stages sent back as offline conversions. See budget and bidding.

  2. 02

    Outbound with country rules

Sequences from your own mailboxes, checked against each recipient country’s consent rules at enrolment and at send. See e-mail outreach.

  3. 03

    Creative in every format

Storyboard videos, carousels, LinkedIn documents and landing pages from one message map, in your brand. See creative studio.

  4. 04

    Automation with limits

Caps, a daily change limit, a stop on spend increases while tracking is broken, and an undo for every change. See guardrails.

Running both

HubSpot is one of the three CRMs Demander connects to, through HubSpot’s own sign-in.

  1. Deals and meetings come in

Demander reads opportunities, stage moves, wins, losses and HubSpot meetings. They appear on each account’s timeline, and opportunities drive attribution and budget.

  2. Leads go out

Leads captured by Demander’s conversions can be forwarded to HubSpot as a contact, a company matched by domain and a note with what the person filled in, with retries and a delivery log. See lead destinations.

  3. Pipeline reaches the ad platforms

SQLs, opportunities and closed-won deals from HubSpot are uploaded hourly to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, TikTok and Reddit as offline conversions. See offline conversions.

  4. Articles publish to HubSpot CMS

Blog posts Demander drafts can publish to HubSpot CMS, using the same connection with the optional content permission. See CMS publishing.

Questions people ask

Does Demander replace HubSpot?

Only part of it. Demander has no CRM, so deals and contacts stay in HubSpot. It takes over paid campaigns across platforms, outbound sequences, organic posting and creative production, and reports pipeline from HubSpot deals.

What does Demander write back to HubSpot?

Leads as contacts and companies with a note, and blog posts if you publish to HubSpot CMS. In the other direction it reads deals, stage moves, wins, losses and meetings.

Which one costs less?

It depends on what you compare. HubSpot Marketing Pro lists $800 a month with three seats plus $3,000 of onboarding; Demander Growth is €890 a month with unlimited seats and the first €25,000 of managed spend included. If you run both, you keep whichever HubSpot tier your CRM work needs.

Can Demander use HubSpot meetings as conversions?

Yes. HubSpot meetings arrive through the CRM sync and can complete a booking conversion, which moves the account into sales and counts in attribution.
