Use case

For founders who still run sales themselves

Demander prepares the posts, first messages, e-mail sequences and ads from your product URL, checks them against each country’s rules and lines them up for one sitting a day. You approve, press Send on the messages that need a person, and take the calls.

Fig. 01 Touches from founder posts, assisted messages, e-mail steps, search ads and site visits flow into three opportunities. The credit each touch gets changes as the figure cycles through first-touch, last-touch, linear and position-based models.

Who this is for

Founders of B2B companies who sell the first customers themselves, often with no marketer or one generalist. The founder’s network and voice are the strongest asset, and the founder’s calendar is the constraint.

What usually goes wrong

Outreach happens in bursts between product work, so pipeline comes in waves. Posting stops during a busy month. Prospect lists are bought or scraped without checking whether the recipient’s country allows cold e-mail, and in Czechia, Germany, Austria and Poland it needs prior consent even between companies.

Automating LinkedIn messages from your own profile puts the account you sell with at risk: there is no public API for one-to-one LinkedIn messages and the platform forbids automating them.

How Demander handles it

  1. Plan from the URL

Paste your product URL. Demander proposes the buying committee, writes one message map with an offer for each funnel stage and prepares creatives in your brand. You correct anything before it is used.

  2. Post as the founder

Posts go out on your personal LinkedIn profile or the Company Page, rotating through images, documents, text and video, plus X, Bluesky and the other networks you connect. See organic social.

  3. Prepare first messages for you to send

LinkedIn, X and Reddit first messages are drafted per contact. You edit and approve them in bulk, they fall due together at one time (09:30 by default), and a send session copies each text and opens the conversation (pre-filled on X). You press Send on each. Caps per sender: LinkedIn 20 a day and 80 a week, X 20 a day, Reddit 5 a day.

  4. E-mail from your own mailbox

Sequences send through Gmail, Microsoft 365 or SMTP. Each recipient’s country is checked at enrolment and again at send. Replies come back through a reply subdomain, stop the sequence and are forwarded to your inbox in the same thread. See e-mail outreach.

  5. Run a few paid campaigns

On Starter you choose up to three ad platforms, for example LinkedIn with a company list and Google search. Changes are prepared and wait for your one-click approval. See paid campaigns.

  6. Know who to call

Companies that visit the site are identified (with a documented legitimate-interest assessment or consent) and scored on fit, intent, engagement and committee coverage. Sales tasks are capped at your daily capacity, 10 by default, and each account has a brief and a timeline. Leads can go to Slack, e-mail or your CRM. See website tracking.

What each channel does on its own and what waits for you

Starter runs at autonomy level 1: Demander prepares every change and you approve it. Hard limits such as spend caps and the kill switch apply on top.

What to expect in the first weeks

Week one is setup: review the plan, approve the proof claims you want in copy, connect a mailbox and the ad accounts, add the tracking snippet and one MX record per sending domain for replies. Without the reply route, live follow-up steps wait while first messages still go out.

A new mailbox starts at 5 e-mails a day and ramps to its daily limit over about three weeks, sending on weekdays between 8:00 and 17:00 in the recipient’s time zone. Expect outbound volume to build gradually for that reason. Proposals you do not act on expire after 72 hours, so the inbox does not pile up.

After that it becomes a routine: approve the day’s drafts, run the send session, answer replies and work the sales tasks.

Which plan fits

Starter is built for this: three ad platforms, three mailboxes, three social channels and the first €5,000 of managed ad spend a month included. Move to Growth when you add a marketer, want every ad platform or want low-risk changes applied on their own. See pricing.

Questions people ask

Will Demander send LinkedIn messages from my account?

No. It drafts them, copies the text and opens each conversation for you; you press Send. The only automated first touch on LinkedIn is a paid Conversation Ad, and in the EU those reach only members who opted in to receive them.

Can I e-mail prospects in Germany or Czechia?

Only with their consent on record, or as existing customers for similar products where the law allows it. Demander checks this at enrolment and again before each send. See cold e-mail rules by country.

How much of my day does this take?

Demander batches the work: approved messages fall due together at one time, you get one e-mail when they are ready, and sales tasks stop at the daily capacity you set. How long the session takes depends on how many messages you approve.

What happens when someone replies?

The reply is classified, the sequence stops for that person, unsubscribe requests go to the suppression list and the message is forwarded to the mailbox that sent it, threaded under your original e-mail.
