# Launch a B2B product with every channel ready on day one

> For launching a new product, a major release or a new line: a plan from the product page, proof limited to claims you approve, every asset ready before launch day, and budget that explores carefully while results are still thin.

A launch has no performance history and little proof yet. Demander builds the plan from the product page, keeps copy to the claims you approve, prepares ads, posts, articles and e-mails before the date, and starts the budget in exploration mode so early results are not over-read.

## Who this is for

B2B teams launching a new product, a major release or a new product line, and companies taking an existing product into a new segment. The launch has a date, a small team and a budget that has to show results quickly.

## What usually goes wrong

There is no data, so budgets are split by gut feel and the first week’s numbers get treated as a verdict. Proof is thin, which tempts copy toward numbers nobody can back up. Channels are prepared by different people on different timelines, so the ads go live before the landing page and the posts a week after.

Tracking is often set up after launch, which means the first weeks cannot be attributed, and existing customers hear about the product last.

## How Demander handles it

1. **Start from the product page.** Paste the URL of the new product’s page. Demander reads what the product does, pricing, integrations and named competitors, and proposes personas, positioning and an offer for each funnel stage. You correct the profile before planning. See [product intelligence](https://demander.to/features/product-intelligence/).
2. **Keep proof to approved claims.** Proof points found on the site become claim candidates that a person approves. Any metric, superlative, comparison or certification in copy needs an approved claim, and blog drafts drop sentences with numbers no claim covers. A new product gets copy about what it does, without invented results.
3. **Prepare every asset before the date.** Ads, carousels, documents, short videos, landing pages, posts, e-mails and launch articles come from one message map in your brand. Posts and blog articles can be scheduled for launch day; articles get promotion posts and a nurture e-mail when they publish. See [blog and landing pages](https://demander.to/features/blog-and-landing-pages/).
4. **Set up tracking first.** Add the tracking snippet and define the launch conversions (sign-up, registration, trial start, booking) before anything goes live, so the first visit is already attributed. See [conversion tracking](https://demander.to/features/conversion-tracking/).
5. **Rehearse.** In sandbox a market simulator runs the whole loop against fictional companies; in dry run Demander compiles the native platform payloads for you to review without calling any platform.
6. **Launch through the gate.** Campaigns are created paused on each platform and go live when the launch is approved, inside your daily and monthly caps. See [guardrails](https://demander.to/features/guardrails/).

## A launch, week by week

| When | What Demander does | What you decide |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Before launch | Plan, creatives, landing pages, scheduled posts and articles, conversions and tracking checks | Approve claims, creatives, caps and the allowed countries |
| Launch day | Scheduled posts and articles publish; campaigns wait for the launch approval | Approve the campaign launches |
| First week | New campaigns keep at least 5 percent of the budget; overspend, stopped delivery or clicks with no conversions trigger containment | Review alerts and proposals |
| Following weeks | Losing ads paused once there is enough data, challengers written from the winners, budget shifted between platforms, retargeting lists filling | Approve changes your autonomy level does not cover |

## What to expect in the first weeks

Expect the optimiser to hold back early. It starts from benchmark priors per platform, keeps every campaign with less than seven days of data at 5 percent of the budget or more, judges no ad before 1,000 impressions and €30 of spend (the defaults), and moves no budget by more than 20 percent a day without approval. That protects the launch from reacting to noise.

Retargeting lists fill as identified accounts visit, and a list below the platform’s minimum audience waits before serving. Pipeline from the launch reaches attribution as opportunities appear in your CRM, which follows your sales cycle.

> **Limits.** Ads go live when someone approves the launch; Demander does not schedule ad launches for a future date. Lookalike audiences need seeds, such as at least 100 consented people on Meta, so a product without customers starts from personas and company lists. Editing a creative after launch does not change the live ad; the edit applies to campaigns launched afterwards.

## Which plan fits

Growth suits most launches: every ad platform and low-risk optimisation applied on its own. Scale fits a launch in several countries or under a separate brand, with three workspaces and budgets set by Demander within limits. A launch on three platforms or fewer runs on Starter. See [pricing](https://demander.to/pricing/).

## Questions

**We have no customers or results yet. Can Demander still plan?**

Yes. Personas, economics and market size come from your product page, benchmark data and company counts by size, and the allocator starts from researched priors per platform. Your own results replace the priors as they arrive.

**Can we prepare everything and go live on a set date?**

Organic posts and blog articles can be scheduled. Campaigns are prepared and compiled in advance and go live when you approve the launch, so plan to approve them on the day.

**How do we tell existing customers?**

Retention and expansion campaigns target your customers on purpose, while acquisition campaigns exclude them. E-mail to existing customers about a similar product is allowed under the existing-customer exemption where the country has one.

**What stops a launch campaign from overspending?**

Daily and monthly caps projected to month end, the daily change limit and containment after anomalies such as overspend or delivery that stopped. When containment is on, nothing that raises spend runs on its own.
