Fee on spend above that: 1.5%. Every ad platform. Auto-applies low-risk, reversible changes within your limits. Multi-touch attribution to pipeline and revenue.

## Questions

**What counts as managed ad spend?**

Spend on campaigns Demander launched or manages on your connected ad accounts, per calendar month. Spend you run outside Demander does not count. Ad spend itself is paid to the platforms by you; Demander never handles media money.

**Is there a free trial?**

Yes: 14 days of the Growth plan, without a card. AI use during the trial is capped at $10 for the whole trial; past that, the deterministic engines answer, so planning still works. Campaigns stay in sandbox until you switch a workspace to live.

**What happens if a payment fails?**

You get a notice and a 7-day grace period. After it, Demander stops making changes on your behalf, but your campaigns keep running on the platforms exactly as they are. Management resumes as soon as the subscription is paid.

**Can I cancel any time?**

Yes. A cancellation keeps the whole period you paid for, then Demander stops managing. Campaigns, ads and audiences stay in your own ad accounts.

**Why is there no per-seat price?**

Demand generation involves marketing, sales and founders, and seat pricing makes teams share logins. Every plan has unlimited users with roles.

**Do you charge for X (Twitter) API usage?**

X bills every post and direct message. Each plan includes some X usage (from $5 a month on Starter); more comes in packs of $20 of usage for €29 a month.

**Which plan should an agency choose?**

The Agency plan: five client workspaces, each with Starter limits, for €1,290 a month billed annually, and €129 for each extra workspace. Each client keeps its own data, brand and ad accounts.

**What does Performance pricing mean?**

€399 a month with Growth features, including the first €5,000 of managed spend. Above that the fee is 4 percent of spend, and 2.5 percent above €100,000. It suits teams that would rather pay as spend grows. It is billed monthly.
